Throughout the past several years it has been a goal of mine to give back to the game that has given me so much. I’ve volunteered at dozens of golf events, including PGA, LPGA, Senior PGA and Korn Ferry Tournaments but my biggest “reward” from volunteering comes from the one I do every week at Texas Rangers Golf Club in Arlington, Texas. It is there that I stumble upon a most interesting array of the very best golf people that DFW has to offer. One of these people, Joe, gave me an email address of a guy that runs Texas Golf Insider, a magazine & podcast that focuses on golf here in Texas. After emailing Mike Ratchman of Texas Golf Insider, I sent him some samples and blew him away, lol.
