Another successful week of living the dream with our Tas-Tee road trip making it's way back to Texas for the Houston Open. Our team was able to meet up with a few of our favorite professionals and even got invited to walk with Jordan Spieth, Beau Hossler and Zach Cabra during their practice round on Tuesday. We were extremely excited to have Jordan and fellow UT Longhorn Beau Hossler in contention down the stretch and Beau came within a 1/4 inch of keeping this trophy in Texas. 
The hero of the week was the fiery veteran from England, Ian Poulter, who shot a 73 on Thursday and literally had his bags packed for his early exit on Friday afternoon. Then Ian found his groove and rocketed up the leaderboard with rounds of 64 and 65 on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, Ian started out by getting the better of Beau on the front side but Beau battled back with 4 straight birdies and had a putt to win it all on the 18th hole. The putt just wasn't to be as it missed the cup by less than an inch and Ian was able to get a great read. There was little doubt Ian had made the winning putt when he started giving himself CPR after winning the Houston Open.. Great Tournament and a great tournament winner
The Tas-Tee Team is taking Masters Week off to do some work in Dallas but we'll be back on the Tas-Tee Road Trip in San Antonio at the Valero Texas Open.
